Christy Carlson Romanoand husbandBrendan Rooneywelcomed their second daughter, Sophia Elizabeth Rooney, on Monday, Feb. 18, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
“Welcome to the world, Sophia Elizabeth!” Romano tells PEOPLE of her newborn, who arrived at 1:27 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 2 oz.
“Between moving to a new home,walking theKim Possiblered carpetin 6 inch heels, 4 cm dilated, and a stomach flu that hit the whole house 24 hours before I delivered, labor with this little angel was like a vacation!”

The pair are already proud parents to daughterIsabella “Izzy” Victoria, 2.

Romano — who voiced Trina in the first season ofBig Hero 6: The Seriesand is also known for her role onEven Stevens, as well as for her 2004 turn as Belle in Disney’sBeauty and the Beaston Broadway — revealed herpregnancy newsexclusively to PEOPLE in August.
“I always wanted two kids and I feel so blessed to have this experience again,” said the star, sharingphotos from a sweet maternity sessionstarring the couple and daughter Izzy. “My husband and I are overjoyed that our little girl is going to have a sibling.”
Months later, the couple confirmed to PEOPLE exclusively that they wereexpecting another girl, sharing a photo from their explosive sex reveal.

In the family snapshot, Romano, Rooney and their daughter looked into the camera with surprised and excited expressions as they stoodin front of a cloud of pink.
“Brendan and I planned our gender-reveal photo shoot and had the photographer buy the colored smoke (which was safely released)!” Romano told PEOPLE. “We both had a feeling from the beginning that it was another girl. My pregnancy has been almost exactly like the first.”
“It was so much fun to find out that Izzy is going to have a little sister,” added the formerKim Possiblevoice actress. “We are going to raise both ourdaughters to believe that they can do anything!”
Shortly before welcoming their second daughter, in December, Romano and Rooneycelebrated their fifth anniversaryas husband and wife.
“Can’t believe it’s already been 5 yearssince I married the love of my life,@thebrendanrooney💑 Since I’m super preggers this anniversary, we’ll be celebrating and ringing in the New Year with a yummy bottle of@martinellisco,” she wrote, alongside a shot of the couple enjoying glasses of non-alcoholic sparkling cider.
