We ’ve known it ’s been comingfor a while , but here it is in the fully coloured , formative anatomy : NECA ’s latest Ripley is here to kick action figure ass and await like a little plastic Sigourney Weaver while doing so .

NECA ’s fifth wave of 7 ” Alien figures has been unveiled ahead of their August expiration , but the Modern Ripley ( only the third Alien figure NECA have made to utilize Weaver ’s semblance ) is easy the standout star in a wave that include both Red and Black Xenomorph warrior and , err … half of Lance Henrikson .
Which is somewhat damn awesome , but also half an action name , so he ’s bundled with a hatched Xenomorph Egg and a fount hugger so you do n’t feel too bad . But Ripley is definitely the coolest figure in the wave :
stark with a endearing Pulse Rifle to boot ! Huzzah . Like the original Alien Ripley figure , the semblance is still a small off , but hey , at this ordered series , this is going to be as close as you’re able to get to shaping Sigourney Weaver perfection .
Each figure in Wave 5 will set you back around $ 20 when they ’re released . unhappily , this Ripley does n’t come box withan amazing Jonesy activity figure .
