Update : The ruling is actually the opposite — your protected tweets are NOT protected . Twitter has appealed the decisiveness and justice will soon determine if Twitter users have a “ fairish expectation of privacy ” in their protected tweets

The ruling — which says your tweets ca n’t be used against you in a court of legal philosophy — has to do with a fairish expectation of secrecy , and something to do with mail , or whatever . Who cares . you’re able to say whatever the hell you want on Twitter — if your tweet are protect — and it will ( probably ) detain private !
