The three-home property, spread across seven acres with more than 1,100 feet of beach, sits on Parrot Cay, an island in the Caribbean British territory.

Outside, there’s nearly 7,000 feet of deck space surrounded two pools — one that’s 2,500 square feet, and another smaller splash pool.
Meanwhile, two guest villas also boast three bedrooms each, bringing the estate’s grand total to 11 bedrooms, along with 13 bedrooms.
The property is also ideal for those who enjoy outdoor entertaining, as the grounds feature 17,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a beachfront shaded yoga pavilion, a children’s playground, four pools and coconut, banana and papaya trees.
The Parrot Cay pad is where Willis, 64,renewed his vowswith wife Emma Heming, 40, last week after 10 years of marriage.
“We said, we do, again, 10 years later 💞💍 #happyanniversarymylove,” Heming wrote on Instagram March 21.
The couple are parents to daughters Mabel Ray, 7, and Evelyn Penn, 4, and had been raising the girls in their Bedford Corners, N.Y. home until this year.
Though the couple previously said they originally chose the location in order to allow their children to grow up sheltered from paparazzi in busier cities like Los Angeles, thehouse hit the market in January, with Willis saying they’d be relocating to be closer to family.

“The only reasons we are giving it up is because we are so far from our California family, which is why we have decided to return to the West Coast and make our home there,” Willis told theWall Street Journalin a statement. “Our youngest daughter Mabel said last week that she wishes we could put lots of balloons on our house, like they did in the movieUp, and send it to the West Coast. I agree, that would be perfect.”
Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman, one of the couple’s listing agents, told theWall Street Journalthat the Willises shelled out $12 million for the property in 2014, and have been splitting their time between the estate and their Manhattan apartment.
The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is currently listed for $9.5 million.
The actor’s decision to shed the property came three months after heunloaded his Sun Valley, Idaho ranchfor $5.495 million in October.
Willis had previously put it on the market twice before in 2011 and 2016, with an original asking price of $15 million.
Earlier in 2018, Willis and Heming sold their 6,000-square-foot Central Park West duplex for $17.75 million, trading it for a $7.9 million apartment near Lincoln Center half the size of their previous place, according toVariety.
