Shots of DiCaprio continuing to return into the vat are interspersed with shots of two Isle of Man agitate . The water plainly awaken DiCaprio . He come out to have something around his carpus , andeating classnoticed something come out of his hand . Perhaps this is related to the wire / tube - similar thing we check in the hospital scene in the first place .
We hear a woman , perhaps Page , cry , “ ignite me up ! waken me up ! ”

And we terminate on another all right water shot , with DiCaprio standing in the eye of a room as streams of urine explosion in overhead .
