Apparently Psystar has until the final second of this class , midnight on December 31 , to give up all of these activities :
• Copying , marketing , offering to sell , parcel out or make derivative plant ofMac OSX without authorization from Apple .
• Intentionally inducing , aiding , assisting , abet or encouraging any other person or entity to infringe Apple ’s copyrightedMac OS Xsoftware .
• Circumventing any technological amount that effectively control access MacOS X , including , but not fix to , the technical measure used by Apple to prevent unauthorized copying of Mac OS X on non - Apple computers .
• fiddle any part in a product intended to circumvent Apple ’s method for controlling Mac OS X , such as the methods used to forestall unauthorised copying of Mac OS X on non - Apple computing gadget .
• Doing anything to circumvent the rights held by Apple under the Copyright Act with deference to Mac OS X.
